Bredt D. Martin BSME MBA JD
Manager and General Counsel
Bredt Martin brings 30 years of broad experience in the aerospace and defense industry. He is an accomplished leader of 5- to 100-member proposal development teams, engaged in $50M to $4B pursuits. His experience encompasses expertise in all aspects of proposal planning, development and execution, including strategy development, proposal management, volume leadership, BOE, WBS/SOW and IMP/IMS. Moreover, his current TS/SCI clearance with SSBI enables support to customers working in closed areas.
Mr. Martin’s previous legal education and practice have yielded highly-honed organizational, communications and writing skills. He deploys these unique skills in color team reviews as well as in orals preparation and coaching. Further, his education in corporate finance provides a specialized appreciation for the pricing and cost volume aspects of the proposal. In addition, his engineering background provides an intimate understanding of various technologies and disciplines.
Mr. Martin holds a BSME from the University of Washington, an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California, and a JD, Order of the Coif, from Loyola Law School.
